World Boundaries is the web site of Walter G. Robillard, Esq., RLS.
Walt’s experience is varied and encompasses an international flavor. As a specialist in land boundary disputes he has served as a consultant and expert witness to individuals as well as governmental bodies in boundary, easement and land title disputes, both on a local as well as an international basis. Many of the problems have been of an historical nature, in which he analyzed ancient boundaries.
His experience, training and education as a forester, land surveyor and an attorney brings each client a multi-faceted professional, who not only understands legal aspects but practical, field applications as well. His strength to his client is that he still performs much of his own field research and field work.
Walt has served clients as an independent consultant for foreign nations and expert witness to private parties, municapities and state governnments. He has lectured at several universities and currently serves on advisory committees. His writings of college text books and legal research books are accepted by both the surveying and the legal professions.
